Bonnier Business Media Sales finds stronger sense of community and increased motivation with SalesScreen.
Bonnier Business Media Sales (BBMS) is part of the biggest media group in the Nordics: Bonnier AB, that owns Expressen, SF Studios and Dagens Nyheter among other well-known brands. BBMS holds offices in three different cities and has been searching for a smarter way to increase the community across the offices, especially in the daily work of increasing sales.
BBMS chose SalesScreen in order to make it easier and more fun to help each other reach their targets in all three offices.We talked to Linnéa Persson, COO at BBMS, about their experience with SalesScreen so far.
What has been most rewarding about using SalesScreen?
Boosting each other and keeping the vibe going in an easy and natural way. Our offices have really benefitted from SalesScreen in terms of keeping the pressure on in a good way. Motivation spawn itself so to speak when you can comment on all sales, boost and tease each other in the feed. It’s as much fun to boost a colleague with a funny gif or comment as it is to receive that encouragement myself.
Has the way you work together changed in any way?
Everyone is much more involved with each other’s efforts and challenges. SalesScreen has put community in focus and we work so much better together now. We’re competing between offices which is a great motivator. But we have also become much more transparent with our budgets and goals. It’s only fun to compete if you know that all numbers are accurate.
Have you increased your numbers since you started using SalesScreen?
I don’t have an exact number, but since we started using SalesScreen, we have seen a real increase in sales both individually and as a team. In my view, SalesScreen has been a strong contributing factor, especially since it is much easier to keep track of our goals and our sales, which has been very positive and something that all of us truly appreciate.
What’s the best part of SalesScreen?
The pepping, the motivation and the community; we are all in it together. SalesScreen makes it easy to be transparent and make sure that everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. Our sales people know what’s going on and focus on our goals all the time.
What would be your best advice to a company that is thinking about SalesScreen?
SalesScreen is an amazing program for any sales-oriented company. For us, it’s been a great hit in every way, not only for those in sales but for managers on every level as well. We are really stoked to keep this momentum going forward.
